I am using a macbook pro running on 10.10. They told me they could fix it, but that I have to pay them $179 for technical support. Does anyone know how to get rid of it completely? Files hidden in Library or Active Monitor or what the file names might be? Any help would be appreciated.īTW - I rang Avast for support.
